Job Description: Working under the supervision of the Sales Director, the inside sales representative gives a courteous and professional service to the dealers. He / she contacts and answers the phone calls from the dealers in order to promote our products; must clearly outline the needs of the dealers; offers our products and promotions; gives advice and solves problems; attends industry shows required.
Duties:
- Phone the dealers in a specific established territory to better understand their needs;
- Offer our products and the promotions established by management;
- Give advice, answer the dealer’s requests and find solutions to problems;
- Build a strong relationship with dealers by contacting them on a regular basis with different promotions;
- Work directly with the outside sales staff to finalize sales transactions;
- Attend shows and “open-house” events occasionally to exhibit our products.
Qualifications:
- High School certificate or equivalent
- Experience: minimum of 2 years in sales
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Important Asset:
- Powersport industry knowledge – Motorcycle, snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle products
